Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request the return of a damaged or defective item*. If 14 days have elapsed since you received your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund.

*Due to the COVID-19 situation, we only accept returns of items that are damaged or defective at the time you receive them.

If your product(s) arrive damaged and appear to be the fault of the carrier, it is preferable to refuse the package at the door. If you cannot do so and accept the broken package, make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery slip so that Protein Depot can file a claim for damage or if it is a damaged / defective product for any other reason, keep the product and the original packaging in which it arrived, and contact us for further instructions at

Returnable items :

  • Products damaged by the carrier.
  • Products damaged or defective for other reasons.

To make your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please add your original invoice/receipt with the item(s) to be returned.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund has been approved.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is made.

Final Sale / Clearance Items
All products in clearance is final sale so they can't be refunded.

Damaged Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, or if the ordering party had the order shipped to you for later delivery, we will send a refund to the ordering party and they will inquire about your return.
